About Gledhill-Shaw Enterprises

Dr. Norm Gledhill and Jim Shaw collectively have over 40 years experience working with Emergency Services throughout Ontario and Canada.

Working together, they have developed occupation-specific screening assessments for structural, wildland, nuclear regulating and airport fire fighters, police and correctional services as well as other physically demanding occupations. 

These assessments involved job analysis, functional characterizations, physical demands evaluations and health related fitness considerations with appropriate attention to Human Rights and Employment Equity considerations.
